Inbox Issues & How to Fix Them
Troubleshooting steps for common inbox issues
Work through each issue in order. If the problem persists after following the steps, Contact Client Support.
Message failed to send

Check that the member has a valid email address or chat access.

If sending via chat, confirm the member has logged into their profile.

If sending via email, verify email sending is configured in Settings → Email Settings.
Group message not reaching all members

Confirm the group filter is correct - selected member status, label, or specific member list.

Members who have unsubscribed or have an invalid email address will not receive the message.
Email shows as failed delivery

Verify the member's email address is valid and correctly entered in their profile.

Check email configuration in Settings → Email Settings.

If the address is correct and the issue persists, contact support.
