How do I send a group message?

Inbox → 👤+👤 icon → Group Name → choose filters → Create Group → Chat/Email → Send
Can I send SMS / MMS messages to members?

No. Currently messages are sent through in-app messaging or email only. The SMS feature will be available late 2026.
Can I recall a sent message?

No. Messages are delivered immediately and cannot be recalled once sent. Always double-check before sending.
Can I schedule messages to send later?

Not currently. All messages are sent immediately at the time of creation.
Can I attach files to messages?

Yes. Select the 📎 icon, then choose the image you want to attach.
Can members message each other?

No. The system only supports staff-to-member communication. Supported flows are:

Staff to member

Member to staff

Group messages from staff to members

What if a member does not use the software?

Use email instead. Inbox → new message → search the members name → Email.
Can I see if a member read my email?

You cannot see whether the member opened or read an email. You can only see the email's delivery status.
