One to One Messaging

How to start and respond to direct member conversations via chat or email

Start a conversation two ways:

Via Member's Profile

Select member's nameMessages → Choose Chat or EmailType message and Send

Via Inbox

On the left hand side of the screen select Inbox → select ▶️ (new message) icon → choose member's name → Choose Chat or EmailType message and Send


Responding to Messages:

  • Your unread message count will appear above the Inbox tab and on the right side of the message log.

  • All message types support file attachments and show which staff member sent the message.

  • Use Chat or Email to filter messages by type.

Chats

  • You can view and respond to chats directly within your inbox or within a member's profile.

  • Click the double checkmark on any Chat message to see when the member read it.

Emails

  • You can see the subject and date when an email was sent within the general message screen.

  • To see the complete subject line and body, select View Email
