What are the main membership types?

How do family or group memberships work?

The primary group member makes all plan payments, granting facility access to all group members. Group members can still purchase their own individual plans.
How do trial memberships work?

The member receives access for a trial period and is marked as a Visitor. When the trial ends, they are moved from Visitor to Lead if no membership is purchased.
Can membership settings be changed after a member purchases?

Yes, but changes only apply to new members going forward.
Can membership pricing be changed for existing members?

Yes, but it must be updated for each member individually. Member → Membership Details → Active Memberships → Amount → (i) Icon → Edit Amount → Submit
How do I pause or cancel a membership?

Member → Pause/Cancel → choose pause or cancel → set dates → enter notes → Save → Save → type the confirmation word (pause/cancel)
Do punch card sessions roll over if unused at the end of the month?

Yes, unless the membership is set to expire after a set amount of time.
Can a member have multiple memberships?

Yes. A member can hold multiple active memberships simultaneously. Each follows its own billing cycle and access rules.
How do I change a membership's billing date?

Changing a specific payment date is not supported at this time.

To change the date, cancel the current membership then re-purchase the membership. Review the Due Today amount and Recurring Billing Start Date to ensure they are correct.
