What are the main membership types?

  • Recurring: Automatically charged on a set schedule

  • Pay Once: Single, one-time payment

  • Punch Card: Single payment for a set number of classes or days

  • Trial: Temporary membership with limited-time access

  • Group/Family Plan: Primary payer responsible for all linked members

How do family or group memberships work?

  • The primary group member makes all plan payments, granting facility access to all group members. Group members can still purchase their own individual plans.

How do trial memberships work?

  • The member receives access for a trial period and is marked as a Visitor. When the trial ends, they are moved from Visitor to Lead if no membership is purchased.

Can membership settings be changed after a member purchases?

  • Yes, but changes only apply to new members going forward.

Can membership pricing be changed for existing members?

  • Yes, but it must be updated for each member individually. Member → Membership Details → Active Memberships → Amount → (i) Icon → Edit Amount → Submit

How do I pause or cancel a membership?

  • Member → Pause/Cancel → choose pause or cancel → set dates → enter notes → Save → Save → type the confirmation word (pause/cancel)

Do punch card sessions roll over if unused at the end of the month?

  • Yes, unless the membership is set to expire after a set amount of time.

Can a member have multiple memberships?

  • Yes. A member can hold multiple active memberships simultaneously. Each follows its own billing cycle and access rules.

How do I change a membership's billing date?

  • Changing a specific payment date is not supported at this time.

  • To change the date, cancel the current membership then re-purchase the membership. Review the Due Today amount and Recurring Billing Start Date to ensure they are correct.
