How Group Plans Work
-
One primary member purchases the plan and makes all future payments
-
Multiple linked additional members
-

-

Upgrading Your Group Plan
-
In a member’s profile, go to Group Plan → Upgrade → purchase upgraded plan.
-
Fitness GM automatically subtracts any remaining credit from a member's current billing period from what they owe when upgrading their plan.
-
Example: Upgrading and changing billing cycle
-
A member pays $100 (Mar 15–Apr 15), then upgrades to a $200/month plan on Apr 1. They choose a new billing cycle starting May 1. With $50 remaining credit, they're charged $150 on Apr 1, then $200 on May 1.
-
-
Example: Mid-cycle upgrade (same billing cycle)
-
A member pays $100 (Mar 15–Apr 15), then upgrades to a $200/month plan on Apr 1. Their billing date stays Apr 15. With $50 remaining credit applied to the $100 owed for Apr 1–15, they're charged $50 on Apr 1, then $200 on Apr 15.
