Member Profile: What Members See
Tab-by-tab breakdown of the member profile in member view
This guide covers each tab visible on a member's profile when accessed as a member. Members can only access their account information and the calendar.

ACCOUNT TAB
Activity Summary
These metrics appear at the top of every member profile and provide a quick attendance summary.

This Month Visits - How many times the member has checked into the facility

Upcoming Reservations - How many classes the member has booked

Days/Sessions Remaining - Available credit left
Member Information Banner
A quick-reference snapshot of the member's key details: name and profile picture, pin code, status, member since date, phone number, email address, insurance provider name and ID, and check-in QR code.
Note: If the member is part of a group plan, they will see the primary member or the additional members on the plan.
Profile Tab
A summary view of the member's key information and activity.

Upcoming Bookings - Lists all classes they have booked with the class name, date and time.

Cancel - Cancel a class booking. Any session credits used for the booking will be returned to them.

Active Memberships - Lists purchase date, pay type, membership name, cost, billing frequency, and expiration schedule for all active memberships.

Purchase - Purchase new individual membership

Upcoming Payments - Lists all scheduled payments with date, status, total, membership name, payment type.

Membership History — Full log of all membership activity: purchase date, name, current status, pay type, and last updated date

Payment History — All invoices and transactions: payment date, method, status (paid/failed), total amount, and associated membership.
Messages
View all chat and email history, filtered by date. Shows a preview of chat messages and subject lines for emails, with ✉️ for email and 💬 for chat. The member can respond to both chat and email messages here.
Note: Members can only see messages addressed directly to them — group messages, BCC/CC indicators, and edit/delete options are not available in the member view.
Waivers
The member can view and sign waivers associated with them. Each waiver displays its current status (pending or signed), and previously signed waivers can be opened and viewed in full.
Group Plan
The primary member can manage their group plan, see connected members, and view group payment history. They can add or remove members from the plan, access and sign waivers for members under 18 years old, and upgrade their plan.
Note: The Group Plan tab is only visible for members who are the primary holder of a group plan, or members not connected to any group plan at all. It does not appear for additional members on a group plan. Additional members can still purchase individual memberships from their own profile as usual.
CALENDAR TAB
Members can see any classes scheduled, based on the class types selected on the membership plan settings. For each class, the member can see the class type, whether it's part of a series or individual class, date and time, trainer, and how many participants have booked.

Book - Member can book a class directly from the calendar. They will select a class, then select Book.

Filter - Filter classes by class type or trainer.
