📋 Billing Event Types
- INITIAL – First payment + sign-up fee
- RECURRING – Regular automated charge
- PRORATED – Partial month charge
- RETRY – Retry of failed payment
- ENHANCEMENT FEE – Universal facility fees
Member Status Changes
Progression:

ACTIVE – Payment owed is current and good standing

OVERDUE – Payment failed, in retry mode for 1-29 days.

DELINQUENT – 30-59 days after first payment failed

🔄 Automatic Retry System
The system automatically retries failed payments:
Default Retry Schedule
- Day 1 – Initial attempt fails
- Day 3 – First retry
- Day 7 – Second retry
- Day 10 – Final retry
After 3 failed attempts
- Member status changes to OVERDUE
- Access is restricted
