📋 Billing Event Types

• INITIAL – First payment + sign-up fee
• RECURRING – Regular automated charge
• PRORATED – Partial month charge
• RETRY – Retry of failed payment
• ENHANCEMENT FEE – Universal facility fees

Member Status Changes

1. ACTIVE – Payment owed is current and good standing
2. OVERDUE – Payment failed, in retry mode for 1-29 days.
3. DELINQUENT – 30-59 days after first payment failed

The system automatically retries failed payments:

Default Retry Schedule

1. Day 1 – Initial attempt fails
2. Day 3 – First retry
3. Day 7 – Second retry
4. Day 10 – Final retry
   
   

After 3 failed attempts

• Member status changes to OVERDUE
• Access is restricted
