Troubleshooting steps for common staff issues

Work through the diagnosis steps below in order. If the issue persists, Contact Client Support

 

Staff member did not receive their invitation email

  1. Confirm the email address was entered correctly when sending the invite.

  2. If the address was wrong, remove the invite and resend with the correct email.

  3. Ask the staff member to check their spam or junk folder.

Staff member cannot log in after accepting the invite

  1. Have them reset their password if they cannot remember their credentials.

  2. If their account shows active but login still fails, contact support.
