# Staff Common Questions & Answers

## Quick answers to the most common staff questions

#### **How do I invite a staff member?**

- Staff → Add New → Invite Staff → Enter name, email and role → Send Invitation
- The staff member will then accept the invitation.

#### **What roles are available?**

- Admin: full access to all settings and features
- Manager: access to member management, billing, and reporting
- Trainer: access to calendar and class management

#### **How do I remove a staff member's access?**

- This feature is not available. To remove their access, you will need to permanently delete their profile.

#### **Do staff members each get their own profile, or can they share login credentials?**

- Both options are supported. Staff profiles are assigned a specific access level, each with a unique email and password.
- You can create individual profiles for each staff member, or set up a shared profile.
