Quick answers to the most common staff questions

How do I invite a staff member?

  • Staff → Add New → Invite Staff → Enter name, email and role → Send Invitation

  • The staff member will then accept the invitation.

What roles are available?

  • Admin: full access to all settings and features

  • Manager: access to member management, billing, and reporting

  • Trainer: access to calendar and class management

How do I remove a staff member's access?

  • This feature is not available. To remove their access, you will need to permanently delete their profile.

Do staff members each get their own profile, or can they share login credentials?

  • Both options are supported. Staff profiles are assigned a specific access level, each with a unique email and password.

  • You can create individual profiles for each staff member, or set up a shared profile.
