How do members sign up?
- Receive sign-up form link → enter contact information → select a membership plan → enter payment information → Purchase
- Members can sign up directly via the sign-up form link embedded on gym website or by scanning the QR code.
- Sign up in person via Staff
Can sign-up forms be edited/customized?

Yes. Go to Members → Sign Up Forms → click three dots → Edit.

You can mark fields required, optional, or hidden; customize visible membership options; and attach waivers.
Can waivers be attached to sign-up forms?

Yes, waivers can be linked directly to sign-up forms.
Are ACH payments available on sign-up forms?

Not at this time.
Are cash payments available on sign-up forms?

Not on remote sign-up forms. But cash payments are supported when staff members add members directly.
