Work through the diagnosis steps below in order. If the issue persists, Contact Client Support

 

Changes made in settings are not saving

  1. Ensure you are clicking Save or Confirm after making changes — some settings pages require an explicit save action.

  2. If changes appear to save but revert, try clearing your browser cache and making the change again.

Notifications are not sending to members or staff

  1. Check Settings → Notifications to confirm the relevant notifications are enabled.

  2. Verify that email and account information is correct in their profile.
