# Set Up Check-In Access

## 🛠️ Review how to configure each check-in method

### **Check-In Codes**

- Auto-generated for every new member (4–6 digits)
- To change a member's pin code: Member Profile → select ✏️ icon next to current pin → enter new pin code → **Update Pin**
- System blocks duplicate codes automatically

 

### **Kiosk Setup**

- Default unlock code is 1234
- To change unlock code: **Settings** → **Gym** **Settings** → **Kiosk** **Mode** **Settings**
- Requires a tablet/touchscreen with camera and stable internet

 

### **Rhombus Setup**

- Camera positioned at entrance; member's face added to their Rhombus profile
- Requires Rhombus API key entered in Gym Settings
