Chat

  1. Direct conversation with individual or group members' through the software (app or website).

  2. Chat interface, message history saved, real-time notifications.

  3. Best for: Personal support and direct messaging.

Email

  1. Sent directly to members' email inboxes.

  2. Members can see the thread via email or within their Fitness GM messaging profile.

  3. Option to have “Subject” heading for emails and the ability to attach files. 

  4. Best for: Specific messages that would need headings (class changes, adjusted gym times, upcoming billing, etc.) and attaching files.
