  • Chat interface, message history saved, real-time notifications.

  • Best for: Personal support and direct messaging.


Email

  • Sent directly to members' email inboxes.

  • Members can see the thread via email or within their Fitness GM messaging profile.

  • Option to have “Subject” heading for emails and the ability to attach files. 

  • Best for: Specific messages that would need headings (class changes, adjusted gym times, upcoming billing, etc.) and attaching files.
