  • Example: Upgrading and changing billing cycle

    • A member pays $100 (Mar 15–Apr 15), then upgrades to a $200/month plan on Apr 1. They choose a new billing cycle starting May 1. With $50 remaining credit, they're charged $150 on Apr 1, then $200 on May 1.

  • Example: Mid-cycle upgrade (same billing cycle)

    • A member pays $100 (Mar 15–Apr 15), then upgrades to a $200/month plan on Apr 1. Their billing date stays Apr 15. With $50 remaining credit applied to the $100 owed for Apr 1–15, they're charged $50 on Apr 1, then $200 on Apr 15.
