Membership Analytic Dashboard
Visual insights and reports for your membership data and trends
The Membership Analytics Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your business's membership performance and trends. Use it to monitor member renewal, churn percentage, and identify trends over time.
Filtering the Dashboard
You can refine the data shown on the dashboard using two filters:

Date Range — Choose from preset date ranges (i.e., today, last week, MTD, etc.) or choose a customized date range.

Membership Plan — Filter results to one or more specific membership plans.
Dashboard Metrics

Highest Usage by Check-in: Identifies the membership plan with the most check-ins during the selected period.

Total Active Members: Historical trend of active paying members over time. Data is collected daily at the end of the day.

Average Lifespan: The average length of membership from a member's first purchase to the selected end date.

New Members: Counts first-time members who joined during the current period.

Renewals: Counts returning members who successfully paid a recurring renewal during the selected period.

Churn: The percentage of members who cancelled (voluntary churn) during the period, based on the cancellation effective date.

Inactive: Counts members who haven't checked in for over 6 months.
Exporting Membership Analytics
You can export a summary and member activity list from the Membership Analytics Dashboard. Select Filter Plans to choose which memberships to include, then select Export to Excel.
The exported file includes the following sheets:
Summary and Transactions

A full overview of all dashboard metrics, including value and trend percentages, month-by-month Renewal Rate and Churn Rate breakdowns, and a complete log of membership activity during the selected period.

Activity details include date, member name, activity type, membership plan, and status.
Detailed New Members

All new members added during the selected period, including each member's join date, name, email, and membership plan purchased.
Detailed Renewals

All renewals during the selected period, including each member's renewal date, name, email, and membership plan renewed.
Detailed Cancellations

All cancellations and expirations during the selected period, including each member's cancellation/expiration date, name, email, and membership plan.
Detailed Active Members

All currently active members, including each member's join date, name, email, and current membership plan.
Membership Sales Mix

Sales metrics grouped by membership plan, showing the sales count and percentage of total sales for each plan.
