Member Profile: Overview & Editing

A guide to member information, editing, and password resets

What's Stored in a Member Profile

Each profile is built from information collected during sign-up:

  • Basic Info — Name, email, phone, address, date of birth, gender, emergency contact, and password.

  • Account Details — Profile picture, status, member since date, check-in code (randomly generated, 4–6 digits), and QR check-in speed pass.

  • Billing — Default payment method, saved cards, billing address, and insurance provider (if applicable).


How to update profile information

  1. Members → search their name → click their name → Edit ✏️

  2. From here, you can edit Basic and Billing information


How to Reset a Password

Both options below will log the member out of all devices and prompt them to sign back in with the new password.

From the login page:

  1. Go to app.fitnessgm.com/auth/signin

  2. Click "Forgot password?"

  3. Enter the member's email address

  4. Click "Reset Password"

Within their profile:

  1. Click Edit ✏️ and go to the Account Password section

  2. Enter the new password, then re-enter it to confirm

  3. Click "Save"
