Member Profile: Admin View Guide

Tab-by-tab breakdown of the member profile in admin view

This guide covers each tab visible on a member's profile when accessed as an admin.

Member statistics

These metrics appear at the top of every member profile and provide a quick financial snapshot.

  • LTV - Sum of all historical payments made by the member

  • MRR - Total active subscriptions * (Annual value of Subscriptions / 12)

  • Average Spend/Month - Total lifetime value (LTV) / total months as an active member

  • Check-ins/Month - sum of all facility check-in's

  • Months as Member - calculated from the member since date


Member Information Banner

A quick-reference snapshot of the member's key details: name and profile picture, pin code, status, member since date, phone number, email address, insurance provider name and ID, and check-in QR code.

Note: If the member is part of a group plan, a hyperlink will also appear linking to the primary member or the additional members on the plan.


Profile

A summary view of the member's key information and activity.

  1. Notes - all notes associated with the member, including those created during lead creation, cash payments, cancellations, and adding credit. Each note has a title, body, and supports image, PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, or TXT attachments. | Add Note

  2. Active Memberships - Lists purchase date, pay type, membership name, cost, billing frequency, and expiration schedule for all active memberships.

    1. Purchase - Purchase new individual membership
    2. Edit membership cost - Select (i) icon → Edit Amount → Submit
  3. Messages - Shows the 5 most recent messaging threads with date, type, and preview. | Open Messages
  4. Upcoming Payments - Lists all scheduled payments with date, status, total, membership name, payment type. Also shows the member's total credit and whether it applies to the next payment.
    1. Manually charge - Select (⋮) to manually charge the scheduled payment. See [Manual Payments, Refunds & Void] for more details

    2. Add Credit -Select Add Credit, enter credit amount and note if applicable, then select Add Credit 


Membership Details

Contains a detailed financial and membership history for the member.

  • Active Memberships — Same information as shown on the Profile tab

  • Upcoming Payments — Same information as shown on the Profile tab

  • Membership History — Full log of all membership activity: purchase date, name, current status, pay type, and last updated date

  • Enhancement Fees — All enhancement fees attached to the member: date assigned, fee name, base amount, billing frequency, and expiration

  • Payment History — All invoices and transactions: payment date, method, status (paid/failed), total amount, and associated membership. Actions (void, refund, cancel refund) are accessed via the (⋮) button.


Messages

View all chat and email history for this member, filtered by date.

  • Shows a preview of chat messages and subject lines for emails, with ✉️ for email and 💬 for chat.

  • You can also view group messages and see whether each is BCC or CC, with the ability to edit or delete them.

Waivers

View, assign, and remove waivers associated with the member.

Pause/Cancel

Pause, unpause, cancel, or resume the member's active memberships.

Group Plan

Manage the member's group plan, connected members, and group payment history.

Note: The Group Plan tab is only visible for members who are the primary holder of a group plan, or members not connected to any group plan at all. It does not appear for additional members on a group plan.
