Account Billing Schedule

Choose the universal billing schedule for your members - prorated or anniversary

Prorated Billing

  • Choose a fixed day for recurring charges to run each month

  • All members billed on the same day

  • Initial payment adjusted for partial month and next payment is full price

Example

  • Fixed day of the month: 1st

  • Member purchases $100 membership on the 15th

  • Initial payment charged on the 15th: $50 (half month)

  • Recurring payment charged on the 1st: $100 (full month)

 

Anniversary Billing

  • Recurring charges will run on the day a member signs up

  • Each member billed on their join anniversary

  • Initial payment charges the full membership cost

Example

  • Member purchases $100 membership on the 15th

  • Initial payment charged on the 15th: $100

  • Recurring payment charged on the following 15th: $100
