Late Fees

💰 Setup:

1. Settings → Payments → Enable "Late Payment Fee"

2. Choose type: 

   1. FIXED AMOUNT - Flat late penalty amount (i.e. $10 late fee)

   2. PERCENTAGE - Variable portion of billing, based on amount (i.e. 5% of bill)
      
      

3. Choose when late fee will be applied - [x] days overdue
4. Input Amount
5. Save Settings

Examples:

• Applies after 5 days overdue
• Fixed - $10
  • Payment fails → grace period 5 days → $10 added to invoice subtotal
• Percentage - 5%
  • $50 payment fails → grace period 5 days → $52.50 subtotal
