Permissions define what each member can access and do in the system

Member

Check in

Book classes

Purchase memberships

View and update their contact information

Manage default billing information
Minor

Profile for members under 18 years old

Must be connected to a guardian/parent account

All purchases are charged to the Guardian's default payment method

Has access to all member profile permissions, except:

Guardian signature required on all documents

Cannot manage their payment options

Guardian

Designed to manage accounts for members under 18 without needing gym access themselves

Can log in, edit or add memberships for minor accounts

Guardian payment information dictates billing for connected minor accounts

Must sign waivers / documents for minor accounts

Has access to all member profile permissions, but no facility access unless another plan is purchased
Primary Member - Group Plan

Purchases and manages group plan

Is responsible for all group plan charges

Can add or remove additional members to group plan

Must sign waivers / documents for any additional members under 18

Can only purchase one group plan at a time

Has access to all member profile permissions
Additional Member - Group Plan

Facility access is based on the group plan settings

Can only be added to one group plan at a time

Able to purchase individual plans as usual
- Billed to their own payment methods, not the group plan primary member

Has access to all member profile permissions
Trainer

View calendar and attendance for their classes

Check-in members
Manager

View and manage members and memberships

Access billing, reports, and process payments

Access to all trainer permissions
Admin

Configure gym settings and payment processing

Add, edit, and delete staff members
