Creating, Activating & Managing Enhancement Fees
📋 Creating Fees on Two Levels
Enhancement fees are configured at two levels: gym and membership
Gym-Level

Go to Settings → Payments → Universal Enhancement Fee

Click Add New
-
Enter the following information:

Fee Type (FIXED or ANNUAL)
-
Fee Name
-
Fee Amount
-
Billing Schedule
-
Month & Day for FIXED
-
Interval for ANNUAL
-
-
-
Click Save
💡 Tip: Fee is not applied until it is activated. See Activating & Deactivating below.
Membership-Level
-
Go to Settings → Members → Memberships → 3 dots → Edit
-
Select Yes Enhancement Fees
-
Click Add New
-
Enter the following information:

Fee Type (FIXED or ANNUAL)
-
Fee Name
-
Fee Amount
-
Billing Schedule
-
Month & Day for FIXED
-
Interval for ANNUAL
-
-
-
Click Save
-
Select which enhancement fees will apply for selected membership
-
Update Membership
🔄 Activating & Deactivating
Gym-Level
-
Affects all members with applicable plans
-
All changes made will update on both the membership and member level
-
How-To:
-
Go to Settings → Payments → Universal Enhancement Fee → Toggle to enable

Select or deselect which enhancement fees will apply to all membership plans

Membership-Level
-
Applies to new membership purchases only
-
How-To:
-
Go to Settings → Members → Memberships → 3 dots → Edit → Select Yes enhancement fees
-
Select or deselect specific fees applicable for that plan
-
Member-Level
-
Edits fee amount for individual members
-
How-To:
-
Member Name → Profile → Enhancement Fees → information bubble next to amount → Edit Amount → Submit

🗑️ Deleting
💡Tip: Consider Deactivating First

Applies to all members and memberships
-
Stops future billing
-
Preserves historical data
How To Deactivate:
-
Go to Settings → Payments → Universal Enhancement Fee → Unselect fee → Click Yes to confirm
How To Delete:
- Go to Settings → Payments → Universal Enhancement Fee → trash bin icon → type DELETE → select Delete to confirm
