# Frequency Limits & Pricing Components
## How many visits are included in a membership plan and the types of membership fees available
### **Frequency Limits**
**CLASS**
- Limits access based on number of class bookings
- Enter the allowed amount in the number field
- Choose how often the count resets (Payment, Day, Week, or Month)
- **Example:** 10 classes per month
**DAYS**
- Limits access based on number of days visited
- Each check-in counts as one day used, but grants unlimited class access for that day
- Choose how often the count resets
- **Example:** 3 days per week
**UNLIMITED**
- No visit restrictions — members can access as often as they'd like
- No number or reset period needed
- Most common for standard gym memberships
- **Example:** Unlimited monthly membership

### **Pricing Components**
**MEMBERSHIP COST**
- The main recurring or one-time price
- Required for all memberships
**SIGN-UP FEE (optional)**
- One-time fee when joining
- Charged with first payment only
**ADMINISTRATIVE FEE**
- Charge applied to offset bank fees for non-cash transactions
- Appears on invoice
- Customizable line item name and amount
- Set at gym level, applies to all
**SALES TAX**
- Automatically calculated
- Based on gym settings
- Applied to all charges
