Email Capability & Configuration

Understand how Fitness GM email plans work and how to configure your settings.

Inbox Basic

On the Basic plan, members will be sent an email from a no-reply Fitness GM address. Member replies are not logged in Fitness GM — they go directly to your external inbox only.

Note: The Basic plan is a broadcast tool only. There is no reply tracking within Fitness GM.

Creating Email Settings on Basic Plan

  • Go to Settings → Email Settings → enter Reply-To email address → Save Reply Email


Inbox Pro

On the Pro plan, you choose which email address your members receive emails from. Member's replies are displayed as 1 to 1 messages can be responded to directly within Fitness GM.

Note: Refresh your message log  🔃  periodically to ensure no responses are missed.

Creating Email Settings on Pro Plan

Before sending emails through Fitness GM, you'll need to connect your email account by configuring your SMTP settings. This gives Fitness GM permission to send emails on your behalf from your own email address.

  • Go to Settings → Email Settings → enter your email provider's SMTP details.
