Member checked in via mobile app

Kiosk Check-In

Member enters their pin / QR pass at a self-service kiosk

  • Member enters a 4–6 digit pin / scans QR speed pass → system verifies → access granted

  • Kiosk mode keeps the display locked to the check-in screen, requiring an unlock code to access the rest of the Fitness GM account.

  • Kiosk features: QR Speed Pass, Pin Pass, upcoming/in-progress session display

  • Best for: Self-service and quick check-ins

 

Manual Check-In (Front Desk)

Staff checks a member in via the Members or Access tab

  • Members Tab: Members → search member's name in the search bar → click → Check In

  • Access Tab: Enter member's pin under Pin Pass → click Enter

  • Best for: Small gyms, personal service, members without a phone

 

Rhombus Integration (Camera-Based)

Automatic check-in via facial recognition, wave-to-unlock, or key fob

How It Works

Facial Recognition

Member enters gym → camera matches face → auto check-in, no member action needed

Wave to Unlock

Member downloads Rhombus app → waves phone at door reader → auto check-in

Key Fob

Staff assigns fob to Rhombus profile → member waves fob at door reader
