Billing & Transaction Reports

Detailed transaction reports for all payment statuses

Export detailed transaction reports, filtered by payment status and date range, directly from your billing tab.


Report Filters

Filters are applied after selecting Export CSV. You can refine the data included in each report by payment status or date.

  1. Date Range — Choose a specific start and end date.

  2. Payment Status — Filter the report by payment status: overdue, complete, upcoming, refunds, or failed.


How to Pull a Report

  1. Go to Billing

  2. Go to All Payments, or go to the tab with the specific payment status you'd like the report for

  3. Select Export CSV

  4. In the export window that appears, filter by date range and payment status (the payment status will be automatically selected if you are on the corresponding tab)

  5. Select Download CSV

Tip: Failed payments are only found on the All Payments tab


What's in a Report

Each report holds the same information:

  • Member name

  • Member's email address

  • Membership plan associated with the transaction

  • Pay type (card or cash)

  • Invoice amount

  • Payment status

  • Payment date

  • Transaction ID (not applicable for Overdue or Upcoming payments)

  • Invoice status (only used to determine refund payment status - reverted or not)
