  • Members receive a Rhombus Welcome email containing their digital access card with a barcode. The barcode is scanned by the Rhombus door scanner to grant entry.

Is there a way to manually turn gym access on or off for a member?

  • Only by pausing or cancelling their membership.

What happens when someone tries to piggyback in through the Rhombus door controller?
