## Quick answers to the most common access questions

#### **How many times can a member check in per day?**

- This will depend on their specific membership settings.
- Go to Members → Memberships → three dots → Edit → view frequency settings.

#### **Can members check in remotely?**

- No, this feature is not available.

#### **How does the Rhombus access card work?**

- Members receive a Rhombus Welcome email containing their digital access card with a barcode. The barcode is scanned by the Rhombus door scanner to grant entry.

#### **Is there a way to manually turn gym access on or off for a member?**

- Only by pausing or cancelling their membership.

#### What happens when someone tries to piggyback in through the Rhombus door controller?

- Rhombus will alert staff of a facial mismatch event.
